The way to reach ColorBlend.app is email. We read messages sent to support@colorblend.app. There is no phone line and no account dashboard.
What we can help with
- a palette or gradient page that looks wrong, or a contrast result you want us to look at
- a problem copying code or opening a pair in the sandbox
- a correction to a page
- privacy questions, including a request to delete an email you sent us
- questions about these pages or the terms of service
We reply by email. We cannot promise a same-day answer, and we do not offer paid support or custom themes.
What to include
A useful note tells us what you were doing and what you expected. If a page is involved, paste the address. If a color looks wrong, include the two colors or a screenshot. Tell us the browser you used if the page failed to load or a button did nothing.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or scans of identity documents. We do not have user accounts, and we do not need that information to help.
Privacy requests
If your message is about personal information, say so in the subject line. The privacy policy explains what the site collects.
